About the event
The Ridge Night of Prayer is an opportunity for students to come together and pray monthly. Each month will have a specific theme and specific ways to pray through each theme. This time is meant to turn to the Lord and become dependent on Him as our Creator.
February's Theme: God's Promises
It is clear throughout God's bigger story in the bible the idea of God's promises. God's Promises reveal something about His character and nature. One of the clearest ways we see God's promises is through His covenants with humanity. We see God faithfully keeping His promises over and over again. It is this very faithfulness that we see the biggest promise—the hope of redemption. This redemption is progressively revealed to us in the Gospel as Jesus comes to die for sinners. God's promises are this month's theme because it is precisely here we see and understand the truth of the Gospel.
