About the event
Series Summary:
On the night of April 18, 1775, Paul Revere received intelligence that the British forces were planning a military operation in the town of Concord, Massachusetts. Upon learning this news, he mounted his horse and raced through the streets of Lexington, Medford, and Concord to prepare the patriot militia for the impending attack. Without this news, the colonial militia would likely be ill-prepared and would probably lose the upcoming battle. What if Revere, though knowing this critical message, chose not to tell anyone? The consequences would be grave. This historical event pales in comparison to the critical nature of the Gospel. Satan and his forces of darkness oppress the world with temptation to sin, and many are living their lives hopelessly and dying in their sins. We (Christians) have URGENT NEWS that the perishing need to hear! Jesus Christ has conquered our enemy and extends salvation to all who will repent of their sins and believe in Him.
