     Pleasant Ridge is a Bible-believing, missions-minded Southern Baptist Church of about 325 people. As a family, it is our desire to grow closer to Jesus and to each other every single day. One of the highlights of our week is the 10:30 AM Sunday worship service. Some people dress formally while others come in more casual attire. Our music style is blended for Sunday services, but age-specific styles are offered in various meetings held throughout the week.  Because we possess a rich heritage with many cherished traditions, we are pleased to look back on over 130 years of Christian witness. And yet, we reach for tomorrow, toward a future that is surely as bright as the promises of God.

What to expect
     When you come to Pleasant Ridge you will quickly find a warm, friendly group of people committed to making church exciting, life changing, and enjoyable. There are services for the whole family that include worship, a time of relevant biblical teaching, and an opportunity to make a decision to follow Jesus Christ. The service is approximately 1 hour in length. We have greeters and friendly members throughout our facility to help assist you with any questions you may have.
 
For the Kids
      We have Children’s Ministry for infants – 5th grade at all of our services. Each age group has a program designed to meet the unique needs of that age. Middle School and High School
     We also have services designed with your student in mind.  The Youth Sunday School meets on the 3rd floor of our North wing.  On Wednesday and Sunday Nights the youth meet across the street at our Christian Family Life Center (CFLC) at 6pm. For more information about the Youth Ministry (Click Here)
